For direct customers we provide the following personalized ORDER MANAGEMENT functions:

• Download of Documents of your orders:
  - Certificates of Analyisis (CoA)
  - Order Confirmations and Ivoices
• Monitor the status of any of your open orders and your order history

In order to use this functions you need a special approval. If you are a direct customer you may apply for this Order Management Access by sending an email request to aerosil@evonik.com, after you have registered as regular user.
