In the event of a technical problem, we kindly request that you have a product sample shipped to us. This sample should be representative of the product processed by you and should be kept and shipped in a sealed container. We will process your request and present you with the results which we have obtained. If necessary, a member of our applied technology staff will also visit you on site.
