适用于液体树脂中的增稠触变产品

 

不饱和聚酯树脂是非极性的,在大多数情况下使用苯乙烯作为活性稀释剂。因此要选用亲水性AEROSIL ®气相二氧化硅作为增稠剂。AEROSIL® 200 可广泛使用于层压树脂和胶衣中。我们也同样推荐效果更佳的AEROSIL® 200 HV。



一些特殊的聚酯树脂和乙烯基树脂属于极性体系,需要使用疏水性AEROSIL ®气相二氧化硅产品。当亲水性AEROSIL®气相二氧化硅不能提供足够的增稠效果时,AEROSIL® R 202在这种配方中表现极佳。
